ABOUT US

OUR COMPANY

We are a Czech property development and investment group focused on investments in commercial property development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We develop and operate a network of industrial Contera Parks, where leading global and regional brands from logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing sectors lease space. We build first-class office projects such as ORGANICA and retail properties in unique locations. We are preparing new residential projects for better living. Completed properties are placed in real estate funds, for which we also provide complete management. In the field of industrial real estate, for example, we cooperate with the global group TPG RE.

Founded in 2009 by experienced professionals in the field of property development, project and construction management, Contera owns and operates industrial parks in major locations in the Czech Republic. Most buildings in these parks have been completed and leased to leading Czech and international companies, mainly in the logistics and manufacturing fields.

In developing new industrial parks, Contera mainly focuses in the redevelopment of brownfield sites. These are locations which have lost their original purpose and where premises are modified to A-class standards and tailored to individual tenants in order to meet all their specific requirements and demands. 

 

Our objective is the perfect outcome. We believe that we can provide our clients with solutions which fully meet their requirements under all conditions.
