DESCRIPTION

IKEA Czech Republic needed a modern and representative warehouse near its store in Ostrava.

The location and opportunity for new bespoke construction which Contera offered met all its technical and time requirements. This is the first external dispensing warehouse for IKEA’s store in Ostrava.

Sweden’s IKEA has four stores in the Czech Republic and now operates three dispensing warehouses. Our leased unit is totaling approx. 4 600 sqm.

Zoot is today leasing approx. 11 000 sqm.
