Contera bought the land in Hustopeče near Brno from UNIPORT CZ s.r.o., which se-cured all the necessary permits for the construction of two industrial buildings with a total area of over 30,000 sqm.

“In addition to the excellent location of the land near the D2 motorway, there is the advantage of valid building permits, so we can start building at any time. We are currently preparing the project so that we can offer it to potential clients and tailor it to their specific needs before the construction begins,” said Dušan Kastl, Contera's CEO and Partner.

The company wants to use this land for the construction of a specialised light manu-facture and logistics business park. Up to 250 new jobs with different types of focus could be created within the premises. Preparatory work on the road connection and landscaping should begin in the middle of this year.
